I have pxx hdd loader 1.0 installed on my xbox currently and want to upgrade to 1.1a.

I have got the new version in a rar file. Do I just need to extract the rar and ftp it to my xbox or is there something else that I need to do.

I got it working by just ftping the unrared folder over the top of the existing version. It worked fine and now I have 1.1a installed and working. Tested with SC2.

Just need to get that 120gb drive installed now.
