You could use BOCHS and run windows 98 and play games, it won't run anything to advanced though.

It should run GTA1 and Warcraft 2.
I heard it can run Starcaft so thats really cool.

I don't know, I never tired it, it was a pain in the ass to setup and I didn't really care all thay much about it it, but if it would run on a 700 mhz computer it should run ok on the box I would think.

Would it be possible to run games such as older dos-based lucas arts adventure games up to the windows-based ones such as Grim Fandango? Or basically anything that would play on a pentium 2-300mhz machine?
What emulator would be require for this?
Would it be possible to just make the emulator use the graphics in the xbox? It is, in essence, a PC afterall.
