Halo Trainer Editor Not Working

whenever I open the halo trainer editor it goes :

The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application.

How do I fix this? What's up with that?

Thats pretty much it...make  sure to backup your original .xbe when  you want to revert back.
