Ntsc -> Pal

I've seen some games for Pal Xboxes that aren't released for Ntsc xboxes. Well I'd love to play them.
Is there a way to change the xbox from Ntsc to Pal?
Can the Xbox allready do it?
Is there a switch mod, like the one for the Game Cube, for the Xbox?
I only seen post on switching from Pal to Ntsc.
Any links, threads, post, anything is more than welcome.

Hi there. Do a search in google for 'xbox video mode selector' and this will give you a link to a page with the required software. Works on a PAL XBox to switch between the two but not sure about on a NTSC XBox.

See I thought I saw a post that said if it was modded you could already do it.
The real reason I'm asking is because of that japanese game  N.U.D.E I think it's something like hey you pikachu, where you talk to the game to get it to do things.
But there are others worth getting.
