Get it off Xbins. If you have trouble using Mirc, get "Auto-xbins" (try Google), all automated for you. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/biggrin.gif)

wait... with Xbins a can create a profile or just use him for ftp to acess xbox?

No, nothing new at the moment.. still working away on things though

Having to rewrite a lot of rendering code as we've moved to using shaders now. Plus, have proper widescreen support on its way and various things like that.

The xbox version tends to lag behind the windows version a lot, as it's the windows version I work on most. A lot of the code is shared between the two, but some of it isn't and I need to make changes in two separate systems.

I haven't abandoned the project.

Yeah water wasn't a problem, it was working months ago in the svn build.

Hey lemonhead I'm glad you're still lugging away man I know you will pull it off man you have done such a great job. I wish I could get my xbox on the net to get the svn I would love to see what you have put into it since I last downloaded it...Which was when you released it haha. Well anyway man good luck with it and know I am always rooting for ya. Can't wait to see your good work. One question though I haven't tried it and am too lazy to reread all the posts but will multiplayer ever be supported? I don't really care if it isn't just wondering.

Good to know you're still working on this man. I can only imagine how much work it must be for one person to get something this impressive working.

I was wondering if this was ever properly set up to work with the XBox controllers. I never seemed to be able to get the controls to work right. I never played the original game, but it just doesn't seem like it's behaving like it should.

How is it going with the XBox and PC versions, Sir Lemonhead? I don't generally like PC gaming (I'm a console gamer at heart, give me a joypad and my TV rather than a keyboard and mouse and a monitor any day), but I'm interested to know what improvements you've made over the commercial version, and I'd like to give it a go, if it's available to download. Can you provide a link for a build of the PC version?

And do you have any idea when a new XBox version will be available? Sorry to ask, but but we are really looking forward to it, please don't ever think that interest in your AvP port has abated, there might not be too many of us loyal XBox users left, but we are a firm and loyal bunch, and we're not abandoning the XBox.

It's tragic how much better Alien vs Predator, which is eleven years old, and written for a (relatively) lowly Pentium 1 PC is so much better than the XBox 360's Alien vs Predator game. I was so looking forward to that, and it's such a let down in so many ways. I really hope that Deus Ex 3 and Thief 4 turn out to be as good as we are hoping.
