Rocky5, I had the same problem, just asign all of the controls that you want to be blanked to one XBox button that you aren't going to use.
One other possible solution, which won't need you to waste an XBox button, would be to create a profile on the PC version of AvP, and blank ALL controls in the profile. That way you can define all controls as you wish on the XBox version. I'm not sure if this will work (I've not tried it), but logically I think it would.
Sir LemonHead, as everyone else has said, this is fantastic, (and fully validates my praise of the beta versions. It shows both how powerful the XBox is, and how talented you are (IMG:

Many, many thanks for this, it makes me even happier that I've kept my XBox instead of getting a 360 (IMG:

I did get one crash (total XBox lock up) with the release version (this version) - I died on level three, middle skill level, as a marine and on the statistics screen the XBox totally locked up, and I had to reset the XBox and reload AvP to continue. It only crashed once, and I died a lot of times, so hopefully it's a very rare occurance, and if it just crashes on the statistics screen (which is really the game over screen) then that's hardly a major problem for now. I've tried to reproduce the crash, but with no success yet.
