Xboy Advance V24 Only Getting Audio No Visual

Hopefully someone can help me here, I can't solve this problem when I open a rom using xboy advance I only get sound, no video but when I click the right stick to open up the menu, I can see the screen shot at the bottom. Please someone help! Thanks
