where is the latest PS emulator?  all i see listed is v21, i thought there was a newer one ready to go.

this is still v21.  i already have that.

there is a forum thread about a beta version, but i cant find it anywhere.

Why all the secrecy? No secrecy here..

However an emulator that is essentially in a beta state can be a nightmare if the public gets it in their hands unaware that it is meant to be a beta.
