Just don't have the time to commit to SD versions, sorry.
To convert the HD skin to SD, it needs to be redone with the SD dimensions:
640 x 480 rather than 1280 x 720, something I don't have time to do.

Still have a few skins I want to push out the door though (in HD)
Oh, & get out the revised HQ HD versions of both my NeoGenesis skins too (completed)

This is my Sonic skin for NeoGenesis Madmab Edition

HD setup only again.
Multiple artwork setupconfigs are provided, with several options for Cbagy's 3D boxart too.
Thanks again to Bigby for the downsampling & Xport for the emu / Madmab for the updates.

Once again, wherever you see a Megadrive logo, there are Genesis configs in there too.
