A600 released xSorRv5 for the Xbox1:

This is a port for the Xbox1 of bennugd-monolithic (a game development language). This port is aimed to run the Streets of Rage Remake v5 (other bennugd games may run if they are compiled with the modules used by SorRv5). It was possible thanks to BoMbErGaMeS Soft, SplinterGU for bennugd, the Fenix team, the people behind bennugd-monolithic and the SDLx libs by lantus.

You'll need the SorRv5 release for Windows.

*Update* Update1 has been released. What's new/fixed:
- Fixed a rare bug which could hang the Xbox after beating a boss.
Many thanks to ChoKoBo for finding a way to reproduce it.
Replace the default.xbe with the one included in this release.

wait! dose this mean a port is in the works or we can get it to work already? My heart just stopped

it means the port is done,it looks like its a launcher to launch the pc version,so make sure you have the pc files needed.

thank you unfortunately its freezing on me quite a bit when beating bosses the game freezes and will not let me progress and I have to restart box.  Two different bosses with two different characters

Hmm for some reason the port has been put into the emulators dir on xbins.


To those responsible, its a homebrew game.. not an emulator.

also, wrong forum.

wonderful news so much action going on and love for the xbox. if you are reading this a600 please take a look at marathon, im surprised as hell no one has done this yet.  biggrin.gif  

either way thanks for all your great work. its an inspiration to us all. so happy to see some xbox love going on. gotta hand to a600 he is kicking out the ports and updates like no one's business!!

I'll answer my own question.

Yes, it works perfectly! No crashes or anything. I've completed the game once.
