Winbond And Raincoat

a friend of mine is trying to flash his tsop which is a winbond
he's got a copy of raincoat but when he telnets into box it give hime a message of somthing about tty and that job system is off or somthing like that.

what does this mean?

also when typing in the command
./raincoat -r -p   (the one which set the flash going)
it's says no such directory

please help a very confused noob

all you need to do is follow the tutorial that's stickied at the top of the forum

the -p option is for backing up the existing bios and the -r is for writing over the bios

You have those backwards.

-r is for backing up
-p is for flashing

e.g.

./raincoat -r mybackup.bin

./raincoat -p mynewbios.bin
