-I've got the newest version of XBMC and I have the default Project Mayhem II skin as well as Confluence

I saw a tutorial on how to use bookmarks and .cut files on XBMC so that you can set-up ROMS to launch from a shortcut to an emulator (set up in a .cut file). It said to enable bookmarks which should be located under skin settings...but...it's not. Any other way to accomplish this? I know that there is a scripts.games.rom.collection.broswer python plugin but I have no idea how to set it up. I also have heard that Boxee supports direct ROM launching but Boxee doesn't run very well in XBMC yet. Anyway, any help would be great!

I don't think you have to actually enable anything;  I've just started playing around with .cut files for emulator icons and they will show up automatically in your programs list from what I can see.
