Hello everybody. I've been back on the "scene" for about a month now. I have made some improvements to the following games (which will be applied to the next Surreal64 version):
-Mario Tennis (E)(!) = Runs with more mbs. Scenes in the intro and during championship mode now render.
Mario Tennis (U) (!) no longer crashes, but it has much more missing textures and
glitches.
-Doom 64 (U)(!) = No longer uses UltraHLE. Uses PJ64 instead. No longer crashes during gameplay.
Only thing is that the lining view (or the "Atari looking" view) doesnt render correctly.
Gameplay is perfect.
-Tony Hawk Pro Skater (U)(!) = Added more settings to it. Works almost perfectly.
-Killer Instinct Gold (U)(v1.2)(!) = No longer has annoying glitching in the menu...but it will still eventually
crash during gameplay. Gameplay is great though...until it crashes.
-Resident Evil 2 (U)(!) = No longer has annoying glitches. Has new settings.....yet still unplayable. Pause
menu doesnt render, fmv doesnt render, and background setting during gameplay
doesnt render. Only the cutscene after beginning a new game renders......and the
main character, zombies, and fire in the street as well.
-Virtual Pro Wrestling 64 (J)(!) = Works perfectly with 1964. Now has default settings.
-Virtual Pro Wrestling 2 (J)(!) = Works well with PJ64. Now has default settings.
I've added my own boxart for Virtual Pro Wrestling 64 and Virtual Pro Wrestling 2.....but they are not 3D boxarts. (So I might/might not release them for the next release of Surreal64)
I've also fixed the boxart for Bomberman 64 - The Second Attack....it should no longer use the Bomberman64 boxart.
So that's about it for now. Hopefully I get more games running better. It sure feels great to be back.
