360 Arcade Emulator?

Would it be possible to create an emulator for the Xbox that plays Xbox 360 arcade games? I realize that the Xbox might not be able to handle some of them, but it seems like alot/most of them could be easily be emulated.

It seems that most Xbox emulators are ports of PC emulators, and, since I can't find any info on such a thing, I'm assuming it would need be created from scratch, and therefore even less likely.

Indeed, you'd have far better luck finding/requesting a PC version first.
