What Is The Newest Version Of Surreal64 For Burning ?

Surreal64 XXX B5.1 CE is the way to go. There is some source code for B5.2, but it does include only some minor bugfixes and some code clean-up. In addition you would have to compile it for yourself. So go with B5.2.

EDIT: Oh, wait. You need a version that works disc-based? No experience with that.
