I'm finding it hard to obtain an adapter that will allow you to use your classic controllers (IE: NES Pad, Sega Genesis Six Button, SNES Pad) for the Xbox for use with our emulators.

I see USB versions all the time. Does such a animal even exist for our classic control pads?

I just use a PSX to Xbox converter and use a PS1 duel shock controller... It is really nice for SNES games, as the PSX controller was designed in the image of the SNES pad due to the early alliance between Sony and Nintendo, and for other systems it is really nice because of the solid D-Pad.

As far as using the real controllers you may have to make them. I have tried my SNES usb controller and it doesnt work, I doubt the others will work either.

Hmmm, this VGA mod is interesting but how would it translate to an Xbox?

i'd really like to know if a NES powerpad can be used this way, as well the powerglove.  now that to me would be interesting.

Learn how to use google, and research things for yourself and you may learn a thing or two. Sony and Nintendo had a deal to make SNES CD but the deal fell through and the PS1 was born as a result, people have argued that the PS1 pad was a rip off of the SNES pad which is what I was referring to.

with every post of yours I read you remind me more and more of a jerk who gets pissed when people wont hand him things on a silver platter, so I guess to each his own.
