This emulator has great
everything: the games use the most up to date sets, the games look great, play great, and the GUI features are great.
Because I'm an audiophile, it seems that the emulator's sound core got a pretty serious improvement over the other versions of FBA too. The games sound great (much better than before). I used to get crackles, pops, and periodic stutters in FBA-XXX's sound at both 480i and 480P res <----this is totally nonexistent in FBL at any resolution mode or combination of video filter/audio settings.
The audio is just richer in general for everything I've played, except for some of the PGM and Konami games that don't have accurate sound emulation in PC FBA yet. CPS1, CPS2, NeoGeo, Cave, and Psykio have improved sound.
FBL really is quite impressive. It's a virtual arcade haven.
