Mednafenx-nes - Klax Video Tearing?

Hello,

I was just playing Klax in Mednafenx-NES and I noticed that the lower portion of the screen has some sort of video distortion. Its very choppy and blinky. I think its called tearing. Has anyone else noticed this? I also noticed "tearing" in Titan Warriors, but not that bad.

I'm running on an SDTV, 480i.
