Boot XBMC on the console then transfer the files across via FTP.

Now it all depends on how OCD* you want to get about making it the best presentation of your favorite games you or anyone you've ever know has seen before.

*Trust me... I've done my best to gather people to make it so there is as little as needed OCD to get this stuff to work as possible now.

right click on the file and when the menu comes up click on "rename" not to hard
