Have Some Questions About Emulators On Dvd

I just got together some N64, NES, and COLECOvision roms and want to play them directly from a DVD. For N64 I'm using Surreal64xxx_b4, Coleco - koleko-x, and NES - ???

I want to burn a DVD so that there are three folders in the root, one for each system, and in each folder it will have the default.xbe and all that other stuff. So... is there a way to burn an DVD so I can run it directly from the DVD. (I have Magic ISO v.5.4)
