you can use the roms from baed3a with mameox 128 as they are basically based off the same romset.
as for artwork and flyers i cant help you there im afraid.
there is another mame for xbox called coinops ignite which is worth checkking out as well.

here is a screenshot pack for coinops ignite it comes with 1000screenshots,you should be able to use it with mameox128 if you decide to go with that one.
