Flash Bad Tsop With Lpc!

I had flashed my bad TSOP with a LPC Mod!
It works!!
I flashed the new Evo-X TSOP Dual Bios on my LPC and boot the Eurasia CD. Then i switch the LPC off and flashed my Onboard Bios!
Sorry for my bad english, in german i can write a tutorial!

not entirely, i assume hes talking about the TSOP d.6 bios, which i think is supposed to allow you to flash any TSOP with an LPC modchip

as far as i know you need one good bios on the tsops to use the matrix tsops bios or whatever can you let us know how fucked the tsops was before you used it

:lol: If you booted an LPC mod, then just "turned it off" (i.e. ungrounded D0), you still ended up flashing your LPC mod.

the TSOP D.6 is supposed to go liek you boot with it on your LPC mod, eject led turns orange, cut d0, reboot and somehow you can flash the TSOP...or soemthing like

It's not entirely impossible, actually it's quite probable.
You can reflash the 1.0's using this method quite easily, the most popular is using the Matrix. (The Matrix Modchip is basically a glorified LPC modchip).

For the 1.1's things are a little different up until now.

M$ Did something inside the XBox to stop it from being switched from LPC (Cheapmod / Matrix / Executer) Addressing to Parallel (TSOP / Homebrew) Addressing "on the fly". Ie: if you boot the XBox in either mode you cannot switch after boot up.

Whether this was in Hardware or Bios software I do not know, however if it was in the Bios Software then maybe the EvoX Team has had a breakthrough.

This is early days yet, and I am sure more reports will come in soon.

My XBOX is V1.0, and i used the Evolution-X Dual TSOP bios (For TSOP flashing 1.0, 1.1, 1.2, 1.3).
Its works!!!

Team Xodus just posted recently that's this is possible to do with a chameleon, if at least one of the banks is still good, ( like an interupted flash) - the A15 must be connected, and if a completely bad bios has been loaded it may not work.  Not sure of other chips, but hey - if it works, it's quicker than soldering 31 wires! it's worth a try...
