if you want to change the core then when you select a game to play X on your controller and this bring up the menu to change the core and then after you have changed your settings just press B on your controller to try.

Sorry man.  If it still says 13 than he's the last one to test it.  I can only speak for the ones I tested which used version 18 or above.  Did you check my spreadsheet, or the PSX thread.  Look for the PSX spreadsheet on my thread.  Click the banner below.
