Coinops Ignite Final Stand Alone Help;not Reading "more Roms"

I'm using Coin ops IGNITE (Final stand alone)  and it is an awsome emulator, however I'm having one problem;
i am running the emu from my xbox HD and i want to load the roms from a DVD in the D drive.
I checking in the "secret path" setting and it stated "D; drive "Roms"" and also "D;tite shots" etc", however when i click "scan your roms" it just scans the roms in teh folder that on on my HD and does not include the roms folder from the DVD which i have in.
The DVD is burned o.k, as I have also a version of Coinops on the disc which is picking up all the roms.

You may ask why i don't just run the emu from a DVD; i want to run Coin+ops from my HD, so that i can save the Hi Scores on the HD and alsoput as many roms on the DVd and have any which won't fit on my HD; thus creating a complete set (of the 1000 recommend and a few more).

Any assistance would be much appreciated.
