Surreal 64 With Cheating (gameshark, Ar)

I haven't been able to find much information on this. I understand that Surreal 64 does not have a built-in cheating device but is it possible to add one in somehow? Maybe individually to each game file? If anyone has an idea it would be greatly appreciated, thanks!
