Surreal N64 Rom Save Game Data Location (smash Bros)

Hey, I hope someone can help. I'm trying to find where the save game data for smash brothers is located on a xbox. My goal is to copy my friends save game data so I have all the characters on my xbox.

What I've tried but didn't work: I copied the entire surreal64 directory from my friends xbox including all roms. I tried looking under save game data. Tried searching for files with the words smash, bro, brothers, bros on the xbox hard drive.

I'm not sure where else to look. Is there a certain directory for the n64 rom save data?
