emu developers have stopped improving the emulators for the xbox 1 which is a shame cuz its nice to have a xbox1 + 500GB HDD runing everying from 1998 and backwards

Emulators are still improved... nes6502, i rewrote a bit (a lot? lol)  my neogeo code, if you wanna see improvements check here: http://www.1emulatio...p...29388&st=66

Unfortunatly, I'm not going to meet the deadline. You will get to play it soon. I am almost 100% on the GUI and the features that I intended to add. I am working on the compaability. It's about 90%. I am not trying to get 100% though. I don't have internet access now, so there would be no way for me to release it. I am going to "try" to releae it in the next couple weeks. If not, then I will post an update in a couple weeks.

Thanks, but I'm not working on NeoGeo anymore. It's too much of a hassle. I don't have a debug Xbox, so finding bugs is nearly impossible.

no worries nes, thanks for all your hard work and responding to my question. We know you are hard at work and have a life so no rush. The more time the better bro.  (IMG:style_emoticons/default/pop.gif)

We're all very lucky to have someone like you who is willing to put in their free time and do this. (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

Ha!  I thought I'd be done with my stuff on my own about 2 years ago.  Know the feeling man...

Somebody send this man a debug box for his efforts.  Damn... even my tinkering ass has one.  Wish there was a way I could send you one under the guise of anonymity, but you know how that goes.  Gotta be careful today, right?

Thanks for the hard work man,
~Rx

PS..... Incidentally, I do think that updating the emulators is a great idea.  One of my hopes is that in getting the Xtras and Madmab's freakin awesome emulator updates with Gilles' nearly-perfected Dynamic Skins out there will be incentive enough to bring the top-notch coders around this way again to breath new life in the "compatibility" element of these emus.

I'm still waiting on Xenophobia for Atari 7800, Time Lord on NES and X-COM for Playstation.....

And that PS3 emulator I've been hearing so much about.....

A debug Xbox is not necessary, you can test your code on PC with a Debug build directly (i don't even have a Debug Xbox).

NES6502 said that his FBA emulator will use the Dave's FBA code to emulate sega Y-board for a proper emulation speed... my question is: Do we have to find the old rom sets that worked in this FBA emulator? because right now some of the romsets changed to the newer mame cores.
Thanks for all  smile.gif

Yeah, but by a far margin nes6502's fba version is for me the most expected emu ever because Sega games not yet emulated by other Xbox emulators...  I'm waiting for the day I will finally play Power Drift and Turbo OutRun with my S-controller  (IMG:style_emoticons/default/laugh.gif)

Those games runs on FBA-XXX Pro, i removed it atm cause they make the emulator unstable. I don't know if i will put them back, moreover if Final Burn Legend can handle different stuff as FBA-XXX Pro that would be pretty cool. Both haven't the same goal wink.gif

Yeah I know, it seems he ported these Sega games from the original Dave's Final Burn which drivers are less cpu intensive than the actual FBA ones enabling they run at 60fps, but apart from that, the FBA-XXX would do the same and more because the addition of iq 132 drivers, so is like you said the two have different goals, I'm particularly curious to see how good his port run these games   laugh.gif
