Using Third Controller Port As First In Zsnexbox

Ever since I managed to fry my first two controller ports I've unable to use any emulators on the xbox.

I tried modifying the code for ZsnexBox but I wasn't completely sure how to do this because I couldnt find any familiar controller code. (Dont worry I can compile XDK code and use it on my xbox so I'm not a complete noob)

I tried fixing the ports but my xbox is a 1.1 and does not have a usb daughter board.

So is there any known way of modifing the code or an ini to enable me to use the third and fourth controller ports on the xbox as the first and second on ZsnexBox?

And are there any ways of doing this for SurrealXXX too?

Any help is appreciated.
