Is There Any Mame Emulators That Go With Mame32b1.06 ?

All of my MAME roms are for that version of MAME.... so I am looking for an emulator that would work for that.

You're limited to what emulators are available to the XBox.  I have no clue what that version of MAME is that you ask about.  The MAME's available for XBox are compatible with MAME .84  The only way you'll know how many of your roms are compatible is to get the emulator and run your roms through romcenter and clrmamepro with the datfiles in the emulator.  

MAMEox128 Plus! is the way to go.

You can also try to acquire MAMEdox Arcades which comes packaged with the necessary roms.  Huge file though.  Good luck

EDITED TO ADD:  If that is MAME 1.06 that you have, I can tell you from experience that you're not going to have a full set because a lot of the roms changed a bit after the .84 release.  Finding a full MAME set from version .84 is nearly impossible today.  It took me about 3 months.  Fortunately, much of that is crap, clones and Mahjong anyways.  A majority of your roms should work fine.
