Ok I will try to give you enough information as possible.
1. I downloaded
Xmugen-linuxb4.rar from Xbins by using FlashFXP.
2. I went to FTP'ed my xbox( I already have Linux by Xdsl)
3. I made a new folder in E/mugen.
4. I put in chars, data, docs, font, stages, bzimage, irdloop.gz, joy2key1, joy2key2, launch, mugen, readme.txt, and updates.txt.
5. Then, I made another folder named mugen, and put it in E/emus(emulator folder i may spell name wrong here)/mugen. I only put in the default.xbe
6. I put in the linuxboot.cfg in the root of E folder.

This is the part where i guess kinda got confused.
7.I read about the motif topic and said to make a subfolder of a screen pack(xbox theme) so i made it in E/mugen/data/eve(put that as name to make easy to remember.)
8.I opened up the
mugen.cfg in notepad and edited to motif like this(E/mugen/data/eve/data/):
