well that's ok as long as you have room to spare on f to do extraction.  I think you just zipped up the 3 rars i had on filefront?  It would be better to unrar those to the game folder then zip that.  Hopefully you have room on f to do extraction....

eh you don't?  It's not that simple.  But basically here goes.  I still hang on to that setup.  I like it myself.  But I did eventually decide to do away with it as far as my playing setup.  Because of such problems.  See the advantage of how risky set up this Xmugen is any screenpack will work.  Just path the files correctly.  This was not true with the amoc setup.  because of how the swapfile was setup to work.  I imagine it would be a simple thing.  But it is actually past my ability or interest.  What will cause you repeated problems is it will fail creating swap.

When you boot in the AMOC setup your swap file like creator is referenced within each screenpack.  In Risky's 4.9 it is outside of the screenpack data (which is much smarter).  The mugen.cfg is also different in Risky's setup.  I think it is much better.

Essentially though you can port the whole game to a different screenpack in AMOC. Broken Mugen is a hog.  I kept it cause it made the battles seem so dramatic.  But that's just me....

Hey Seanp do you remember how to add screenpacks to A Murder of the Crows xmugen setup? I wanted to add your Brokenmugen game to that setup. I was trying to figure out how to configure it like launch files, mugenboot, etc.

I have something similar that uses screenpacks (not sure if it's AMOC). It's what I use for my existing Xmugen. The one I'm using is the same linux with the dudes face at the top. I delete my data/chars/sound/stages and copy over seans from his e build. The one I'm using has screenpack folders in the data folder. And underneath those screenpack folders are XmugenFiles folders where the gz bzimage and other stuff are. I tried renaming stuff, migrating files from seans e build, trying different gzs and bzimages to no avail. Is there a way to properly migrate this? Who actually made those screenpacks on nugnug? I'd love to see one for this brokenmugen build.

I even tried using seans e build but moving the data/chars/sound/stages to F:\Emulators\Xmugen and I even tried F:\Games to no avail. From what I hear, you can keep an E setup and E swap but all the other stuff on F but I'm not sure how. Sean can you send me instructions or just link to a working F: setup, minus data/chars/sound/stages. My email is [email protected] Thanks!

Basically My setup is made for E\Games but it's easy enough for me to upload the files to make it work on f.  I will do so this weekend.  Remember I suggest against this for optimizing performance.

Yes Robo you are using an AMOC type setup.  Guybird also released a similar setup.  But becuase of how it is structured it is a pain.  I personally don't use it because of how swap is structured.  Try using alpha's swap files but it may not work.  I don't know how to create the swap in that way sadly....
