Paper Mario Perfect?!?!
« on: May 05, 2007, 04:55:00 AM »

So I've searched the forums, read the compatablility thread and grabbed both versions of the emulator and various versions of the ROM, regardless of how many instructions I follow, I'm not getting this perfect emulated experience no matter what I do. Either the game gets real choppy, backgrounds or menus mess up, characters turn black etc.

What is the official, up to date method of getting this puppy perfect except for choppyness during save time? I'd love to know!

I have recently finished paper mario using surreal 64 i used these setting which i found in by searching these forums

regarding the black characters and the odd graphics corruption it didnt effect the gameplay hardly at all. It runs even worse with project 64. Im afraid youll just have to suck it up if you want to play it or if you want to play it perfectly the only route would be to buy an n64 and the actual cartridge.

Paper Mario
Emulator - 1964
Settings - 2mb Video Memory, 8mb Dynarec, 4mb Paging
There are a few parts where you think it's freezing but it's loading. There don't seem to be any serious glitches.
