Can I Put Pcsxbox On A Dvd With Bin/cue Files?

Hello all, please forgive my innability to find a step by step guide for this emulator .
I have just bought an xbox and it took me a while to softmod it - but i have done it eventually!.I would like to know if you can put the pcsxbox emulator on a dvd with the bin & cue files and run it from the dvd as i cant ftp to my xbox.If you can, could someone point me in the right direction of a tutorial for this.
