Mednafenx-v2 And Original Pc Engine Discs

Hey guys!  I have MednafenX PCE V2 on my Xbox.  My friend who lives downstairs owns some original PC engine discs-Valis, Valis II, Valis III, Valis IV, Y's and Dracula X Rondo of Blood.  He is looking to sell them on Ebay but I hear that this emu plays the original PC Engine discs just like the original hardware did.  I just want to know if this is true.  In other words, can the Xbox play original PC Engine Games with MednafenX emu.  

I have always wanted these games.  Especially the Valis games.  If anyone knows I will appreciate your answer.

Yes, it does play original discs.

who lives DOWNSTAIRS from you...

Has these game disks.

You wanted to know if they work in your xbox....
