Did you read the FAQ in the help menu? What are you typing as the rom path?

I am having the exact same problem.  Other versions of Zsnexbox worked perfectly, however no matter what I name my path, the roms don't show up.

CODE

F:\Roms\Snes\Roms
SavePartition=E

And my roms are in that dir as it worked on all the prior versions :-|

Anyway, with this little hickup aside, FANTASTIC version.  Love the cheat code database.  That really made my day (IMG:style_emoticons/default/smile.gif)

I've tried resizing it, I just don't feel happy with any size I choose. That's why I'm just asking if there's a way to stretch the screen without even thinking. Like I said, XPort has his emulators set to stretch the entire screen (I think for a VGA monitor) so that you can play on any TV and not get any underscan.

I'm sorry if I'm confusing you. huh.gif

There is no way to auto-resize the screen. If they look correct on Xport's emulators then I suspect you and Xport use similar tv's. I have never used any emulator on the Xbox and not had to move/resize the screen to fit "my" tv correctly. Every tv is different so there is no universal setting. The default settings are for a perfect screen for my TV. But I imagine, the first thing most people do is resize the screen to match their TV.

Actually, now that I think about it, I think I disabled the path loading when testing the new rom browser (and then forgot to re-enale it because I allways put my roms in D:\roms). So it will only scan the D:\roms on startup. But you can still browse to anywhere the ROMs actually are if they are not in this folder.

I'll make a new release later today maybe with this path loading bug fixed.

I too am having the rom path problem.  I edited the ini to

F:\Roms\Nintendo SNES
SavePartition=E

Excellent work, btw.

Edit:

I was 60 seconds too slow.  Typical for nes6502 lacksidasical response time (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)  (IMG:style_emoticons/default/tongue.gif)

i have one quick question,  when i load zsnexbox 2.9  and go to where my roms are at nothin shows up,  they all worked in the last version.  thanx

Do you mean "browse" to where they are from within the ROM browser, or changing the path in the path.ini and then starting ZsnexBox?

Nice,  Might want to add a movable text feature to the action replay/game genie cheats list, like the FAQ has.  Some cheat descriptions get cut off.  I might be missing something but i didnt see a way to view them.  Thanks for the update.

Is there going to be a "2.10" or a "3.0" version TBA?

blink.gif Wow didn't expect this so soon so I hadn't been working on my packs.  Looks like I'll be busy tonight!  What I have in SNES backs aren't very plentiful, and even less so with the carts, so it shouldn't take too long.  I'll then have to convert the snaps & titles over; once again shouldn't take too long.  Great stuff man!  I totally love the idea of a free for all artwork setup; totally ingenious!  love.gif
