Help W/pcsxbox Needed

I have the latest build, with all the BIOS's intact, but here's my problem:

Do I dump the files to a folder in the rom directory, or store an image there such as .bin, .iso. nrg or whatever.

And if it I do keep the files in a folder which file do I load to play a game ?

BTW: the 2 games I already checked and worked with the compatability list:
Ex: Resident Evil 1 & Castlevania SoTN

You just need to put the image files in the "psxcds" folder.  Don't extract the image files.  You can use BIN/CUE, ISO, IMG, and maybe one or two other types... not sure if NRG will work though.  Then you just load the main image file (e.g. if you have BIN/CUE load the BIN).
