Surreal64 Questions

Hello newbe here. Im having a problem and hoping that maybe someone could help me. I have a xbox with xbmc on it and I also have surreal64. Now my problem is that under surreal in the roms there are none. But I do have lots but I am lost on how to get them on my hhd in the xbox and to the rom folder in surreal. If anyone can help please let me know. Thanks for your time.

Edit the surreal.ini file with the path that the roms are located at.  Below is mine but your path will not be the same.

[Settings]
Rom Path=F:\Emulators\Surreal64xxx_b4.95\Roms

Now I have a question.  Will Surreal not run via component out?  I had it running hooked up to a HD CRT TV via s-video.  I moved the xbox in to the living room with the HD LCD TV and connected via component cables and when I try to run surreal the screen stays black I can't do anything.  All of my other emulators work fine.  I FTPed over fresh files, but it didn't help.

Oh and it is not the black screen after loading ROMs listed in the FAQ.  I get a black screen when just launching Surreal.  I don't even get to the load ROM screen.
