As a general rule, no.

There are exceptions. There are AR codes that can be converted to GG and vice versa. But generally, GG codes modify the ROM itself where AR codes modify the RAM. That's why most AR codes start with 7E. 7E represents the bank of SNES memory for RAM or 7F for extended RAM.

gilles9999 you're hilarious.

I'm logging off now, but if tommorow there's some left ill help/finish the AR ones.

As for more game genie code, i think the list you got now is the official galoob codes.

i think this "GAME GENIE CODE CREATORS CLUB" where a third party group in 95-98 who produces a butload.
I cant seem to find them tho, so if anyone got a source that might be nice.

I only have there super metroid file myself, but it has 4-5X the codes from the list, some acessing beta stuff and other random etc

Hi, I'm here to report that Super Puyo Puyo 2 doesn't work with Zsnesbox. It runs extremely slow. Although FPS display says 50/60, it looks more like 2 or 3fps. This game is my all time favourite so I would appreciate if the author has time to check what is the problem with this game. All the other games are fine, I have problems only with this one. Btw, xSnes9x is running fine with this game. But you know, Zsnesbox has so much better graphics and sound support  smile.gif

It's a core issue. Use ZsnexBox 1.2 to play it.

I'm not sure I understand what this means. Does it mean that ZsnexBox takes a different screnshot each time? And then cycle through them (if present) in the screenshot preview? Or does it mean there are different directories where screenshots are put (like boxart, cart, title, etc...) and ZsnexBox cycles through these?

Not sure if this has been mentioned.. Can you add a Favorites browser?
LIke so many other emulators.. default button is white button to add a game to the favorites, white button to remove a favorite when browsing Favorites.

Edit: Saw that it has been mentioned.
So I second the Favorites option.

I would also like to request the ability to choose where all the folders are saved (ini, cheats, etc), I tried to hexedit the paths but was unable to get it to boot afterwords, having this implemented would make it much easier.

Cool. I actually tried Super Punchout with the latest build and got the solid numbers. I didn't even think to turn off the new graphics engine. I also noticed BS-Zelda works again.

Stunt Race FX, Star Fox, and Star Fox 2 are running awesome in the new Windows WIP.

Definitly can't wait for the multicore 3.0 version biggrin.gif


Anyway, pretty much all my recommended changes are settings / GUI based.

When I am changing skins the 720p setting is not staying enabled.  This is after going into individual skins, setting them up, and transfering the zsnexbox28.ini into Zelda.ini / metroid.ini ect.  Once I go into the video settings and enable it everything is fine (my menu's and such are all in the correct place so I am not sure if that is just a bug or what.)

Also, somehow get it to write the main .ini into whatever ini skin you are in so the renaming isn't needed and you can change between skins freely without ftp renaming.

Lastly, this would be directly linked to the above request, when you switch skins, keep the game screen size the same.  It is a slight annoyance to recalibrate black side bars on my widescreen each time I go into a new skin for the first time.

That is pretty much it.  I am not sure if you can do any of my requests without a major internal rewrite, but those changes I feel would allow much more user friendlyness.  If you can't then no big deal, I will live smile.gif  Perfect emulator to me otherwise.  Keep up the fantastic work!
