Wow!!!

I'm sorry to say that I have only just tried Zsnexbox and I am amazed by it! You could easily give Xport a run for his money as far as quality goes. Xport is a genius for the amount of work he has done for the scene, but judging by Zsexbox you have just as much talent in creating the perfect emulator.

Thank you and thank you again for your hard work!!!!!
I will not say that nes6502 is the best in creating emulators, but I must say that he is one of the best in porting them to the Xbox. It took a few years, but ZSNES on the Xbox is a reality. Let's face it, ZSNES was simply begging to be ported to the Xbox because parts of it are written in x86 assembly, the most 'native' language the CPU in the Xbox can handle. That's also the reason why ZSNES isn't ported as much as SNES9x.

Had a problem I've never seen before in any other version. Unfortunately I can't figure out how to reproduce it. The colors in Sim City were drastically screwed up. The opening the screen had a red hue glaze, the menu screen and the main game were tented green. I restarted Zsnesxbox and it worked fine, has anyone else had this happen?

Sounds like maybe a cable issue. I had a similar problem where it would  go to black and white and I would have to shake the cable to go back to color. I don't do anything with the tint in the menus or in the emulation. I would try running the emulator and shaking the cord a little to see if you can make it happen again. Did you load a savestate in Simcity right before it hapened? I've seen crashes when loading savestates but never color changes. It makes me think there is a short or something in the cable or the connection pins are bent/loose (for S-Video) where it plugs into the back of the TV. Essentially, what you described seems like you lost your Blue/Green signal, and then when you exited, the red/blue were gone.

I don't think it was my cable, it was internal of the sim city game and nothing else. Considering its only happen once in all my time playing and was easily fixed, I don't know if it's really worth worrying about.

Yeah I just started playing the english translated Star Ocean rom yesterday (DeJap).. great game.
Please DO NOT use savestates with Star Ocean only native saves. The game crashes randomly if using savestates (DeJap'ed version that is, dunno about the unmodified Japanese rom).

Don't worry about the crashing, it happens in Star Ocean full stop I think it's a bug that never got fixed before Enix released it.

Im having problems getting preview to show up. They will not show up even if I take a screen shot with zsnexbox. When I go to where it stores them E:zsnexbox\pre it shows the screen shot I took but you have to put a . in it to get it to display with xbmc. Even after I change it still no luck im stuck. And I looked in faq. uhh.gif
