Great work!

oh,a little more advice here:zsnexbox does not support utf font so we can't name the rom in japanese. Could u add this support in the next version?
and, it seems zsnexbox always place its own saves file in the partition root, could u make them just in the folder same as the xbe?

thank u

(sorry for my bad english - -|||)

Thank you for the great work on zsnexbox!  Nice skins btw!
@nes
features/suggestions if ya don't mind

tweak the way the rom browser scrolls so it doesn't stay at the top of the screen, let it go to the bottom of the screen if ya have allot of roms.

page up and page down by pushing left or right on the controller

in the options or other menus, use of the left and right trigger to go up and down fast like in the rom browser

when setting up the display to a different resolution, have it so it waits a few seconds in case you didn't really want a certain resolution

thanks again for the great work!!

I noticed a bug with the rom browser character animation.  When you adjust the position of the character on the rombrowser it resets back to the middle of the screen everytime you click on "Adjust Rombrowser Character Animation".  So if you want to make a minor adjustment to the position of the character you have to restart from the default position in the middle of the screen.  Also when you are positioning the character it moves very slow when moving down so it could take a very long time just to get to the bottom of the screen.

Also the exit game screenshot has a thick black border around it that doesn't look very good after you make the exit game screenshot larger.  Is there a way you could remove this? Thanks

Not a bug. It was done intentionally. If I don't reset it, it's very possible a user could move/invert it so it's not visible.

Also done intentionally. The original intent was to have the animation start on the left (which is why it moves fast left and right). The height was where the precision comes in. That is why it moves slow when moving the image up or down. In reality, I should move it slow left, right, up, and down.

Nope. That is how ZSNES renders the screen. Right in the middle of the texture at the correct aspect ratio. Resize your screen with the blue/red boxes to get the correct aspect ratio. Most users prefer the stretched screen so they reize the screen.  It looks inccorect to you because you you have stretched the SNES screen to fill yor tv instead of having it perfectly centered at the correct aspect ratio. I'm sure I could work some fancy code to create a preview to replace this, but I doubt I will ever do this.

I actually have a lot left to do. I don't want to list details, but there are several things I am considering doing.
It's by no means almost finsihed. Maybe 70%. I also think Im going to try and get actual lightgun support working for the Super Scope games this weekend.

Great Work Mr Nes but i have a big problem with path.ini file.

I have roms on a dvd which have this structure :

CODE
2 - Roms
|
|
------------- Roms (#)
------------- Roms (A)
------------- Roms (B)
etc...

After configuration of my path.ini, the dvd is not displaying in Zsnexbox...

How can i make dvd paths visible? Thanks.

RuSSeLL

Ps : Sorry for my poor english, french user inside ^^

What does your Path.ini say? And where are you running the default.xbe from (hard drive or DVD/CD)?
Also, did you make an XISO of your SNES roms?
