Fbaxxx Pro Cant Get Command Line Launching To Work

i have the latest version 1.21 and its suuposed to support it but when i do the usual  cut files for xbme it doenlt load the rom only give an error about not finding it, namely all the individual roms inside of it. but i know the roms works as it loads up normally through the fbaxxx gui.
are there any special paramaters to be met on this emu?
also this is a neogeo rom as well
