I cant seem to get mameox128 plus to work, I got the .rar file, unrared it and then transferred it to my xbox. I erased the tdata entry, the first time I was getting something about no resource.xpr file, but after erasing everything I now just get a black screen. Is there something else I should be doing? Thanks for any input. I already tried googling and didnt see this specific issue, about the resource.xpr file in the media folder.

And I did not see the solution to this in the sticky thread, I went there first. I got mameox working , but I cant seem to get mameox128plus working. not to be off topic, but is there a way in mameox to quit out of the rom back to the emulator instead of just going back to the dashboard?

If you had a previous version of MAMEoX installed then the best solution might be to go to the MS Dash and delete any saves you find there for MAMEoX. Then start 128 Plus again and see if it works. As for exiting games, hit Start and the Back buttons at the same time to exit a ROM.

this might be a little old and off topic, but if anyone else out there is having a problem with a black loading screen on fresh install, double check that the FTP of the "Skins" directory has been loaded.

sounds kind of noobish, but for somereason the custom skin thats included with the rar seems to halt my FTP everytime, so I manually uploaded the final directory and the original file into the skins folder

works like a charm.
