hey i downloaded pcsx yesterday. I downloaded PSX bins for it and everything. When i try to fun them it says Could not find D:\bios\scph1001.bin.

I located this file today... and put it in my F:\ drive. My xbox is hardmodded so is there anyway i could reroute it to keep my D drive open?

I am using Pcsxbox version 13.
Im trying to run Harvest Moom back to nature from www.emuparadise.org.
I stemmed my emulators off of evox.
my xbox is version 1.1

you need to put the bios in the bios folder inside the pcsxbox folder.  The D-drive dosen't refer to the actual DVD drive but the pcsxbox folder.  I take it your running the emu from the F-drive?  Don't think you where supposed to post that site but those files are legit so you should be good to go.
