Alright, I double checked my intallation.  All three cheat search values do show up in 480i/p, just not in 1080i.  Hope this helps.

well ive never botherd even trying zsnexbox because xsnes9x is so good

so i decided to try it out,and i must say its pretty dam good, the flicker filter really makes it look alot better then xsnes9x

but one bad thing zsnexbox {v2.2} is that ive setup the rompath in the ini and it shows up like it should, but if u try to run a game it will just freeze, well to solve this problem i have to go to the top of the list {...} and re-enter the folder where all the roms are kept, and it works fine

does anyone else have this problem? because its pretty innoying

I just installed this and I have the exact same problem. It freezes the moment I press the A button to play a ROM.

Change the partition letter in the Path.ini to F or G if available.

The roms cannot be in 7z, jma, or rar format either.

This is going to sound strange but in 720p mode, the code search still has a slight bug. Ok, the numbers are perfectly centered this time but the last digit is invisible. You see 00 , right in the middle of the screen. You can still interact with the third digit, but it's invisible. It's just a minor bug because just having a code search is wonderful. I have no complaints about it myself, but I hope the info helps. This port is excellent, and far exceeded what I imagined.

That's exactly what happens in 1080i too.

First of all it's great see a new version of Zsnexbox! Thanks nes6502!!  biggrin.gif .

I'm almost ashamed to ask this question because I've read through almost the whole 7 pages of this topic and I've yet to see anyone mention much about their screenshots. But my problem is that I can't view my screenshots anymore. Previously I had used v1.9 and everything worked wonderfully, I could see my previews for games. But with this version I'm having tough time viewing them, I did delete everything, the gamesave from v1.9 and the whole ZsnexBox folder. And I moved all the Screenshots to Zsnexbox/Prevs but I still can't see any previews. I even tried taking a screenshot in-game with the ZsnexBox GUI. But it won't show on ZsnexBox, however, if I go to back to Unleash X and to File Explorer then to ZsnexBox/Prevs I can see the screenshot I took in ZsnexBox.

What could I possibly be doing wrong? No one seems to have that problem, except me.  blink.gif

Turn on show availalbe memory and post the number. If you are using HQ previews, you may be running out of memory.

You could also try changing the save partition in the Path.ini. You may have a filesystem corrution on E. At least one user has had to do this to get previews to show up.

Thanks for the fast reply nes6502, I changed the Path.ini to G Partition and went back to Super Mario World to to take a screenshot and see if it would work. But no luck, my available free memory is exactly 27.783168 MB

I really can't explain this. Are you launching it directly or through Evox or UnleashX or something else?

Try launching it in all three and see if that fixes it.

I really appreciate all your efforts on ZsnexBox its really appreciated!

I must be doing something wrong that'll I have to check later, because I went back to v1.9 but not even with that can I see screenshots that I have taken in ZsnexBox. I tried all three different ways but no luck, so it's probably something from my part that I'm doing wrong.. or perhaps both my E and G are corrupted?  blink.gif I dont have this problem with any of the other emus thus far though, but in anycase I'll check what could be the cause of this. But either way, not a big deal.. aslong as I can play my SNES games on the Xbox all is dandy. Thanks for your help nes! and long live ZsnexBox!

Forgot to mention that I was checking a few topics to see a remedy to the corrupt filesystem problem, but really didn't find a answer. How exactly does one solve this??? Do I have to re-format the partition? Because, I have other emulators with screenshots, and It works perfectly, the only problem I'm having right now is with ZsnexBox. So could it be I have a corrupt filesystem?

How much free space is on the partition where the screnshots are? If there isn't much that might be the problem. You could also try with other dashboards. It might also be a bios issue.

not sure if this is the best place to ask this question, but since i have alot of zsnexbox users in one area it's worth a shot smile.gif

i'm using version 2.2 of the emu and for some reason, when i'm playing button intsenive games (like super street fighter 2 for example)  occasionally the emulator seems to mis-interpret the buttons i'm pushing. i'll be fighting, then try and do a move and all of a sudden it'll pause, like i've pressed the start button. even tho the start button is nowhere near my thumbs...

also i've noticed it will occasionally pop up with "unable to load savestate 0" or some such text. which i guess would be from some kind of key combo situation aswell. but i checked the pad configuration and there are no turbo keys set and no buttons set for loading or saving save states. i'm using the default config.

it doesn't happen in normal games, just ones where i'm doing alot of button pressing, mainly simultaenously.

my question is, is this a known bug? are other people getting it? is there a way to fix etc?

and hats off to nes6502 for this cracking emulator.

I havn't heard of this one before. If you can post an exact sequence to do it everytime, I can try and fix it. It sounds like your buttons are configured wrong (like A and Start on the same Xbox button).
