Can you add a favorites list and button combos for saves games please. Left trigger + black to save and left trigger + white to load or something similar.  This is the only things really keeping me from switching from the snes9x emulator.

There's already button combos for quick load and save, or do you want different ones? I'm not sure what the combos actually are because I disable them.

I know this is non related to this 2.2 thread but is there a way when browsing game list to skip through each letter in the alphabet. If not will that be implemented at some point. Such a great emulator port should be able to do this simple task.

Great work Nes6502. There seems to be a little bug when I change the GFX filter to Super 2xsai ingame. The graphics in the lower part of the screen gets stuck. No problems with the other filters though. thank you

Great job, there is just one thing that keeps me from using this one over xSnes9x, especially as I am playing Ys IV on it right now: I have a not really small collection of roms for the Super NES on my Xbox and it takes really a looong time to scroll down to Ys IV  sleeping.gif

So how about adding:

- a favourite browser into Zsnesbox

or

- analog sensitive scrolling with the L/R or the analog sticks (in xSnes9x the scrolling gets really fast if you push  R hard)

or

- scrolling through the roms by letter with for example pushing left/right like in Xports emulators

or

- at least an option "Bottom of Dir", I think it would be more useful than the option "Top of Dir"


And no, sorting the roms for example by letters/groups of letters in different folders is no option for me, using xSnes9x who has the first and second feature is easier wink.gif



Personally I am not so happy with the new "no preview" picture as also with the BGM, as both are not Super NES related (the music is a remix of NES Castlevania music and the picture shows charcters from Paper Mario, what never showed up on the Super NES). Well, maybe just a matter of taste  laugh.gif


Edit: The same goes for the Metal Gear sound effects. They are imo not only out of place in a Super NES emulator, it feels also strange if the one moment you hear a sound effect from Super Mario and the next moment one from Metal Gear Solid.

If you added a quicker way to scroll through the list of roms (as mentioned above) and lightgun support this would be the perfect snes emulator.

Thanks for all your hard work, hopefully a faster scrolling/browsing method for the games near the end of the alphabet will be implemented in the future.

Nes if you by any chance listen to these people who doesn't appreciate your hardwork and won't use it cos it's hard browsing through a couple of roms. The best solution would be to implement the system mame uses with pressing down Y-button will let you browse alphabeticly so to get to y you'll only need to press down 24 or so times.

and for music just pick any ff6 tune, and stay clear of catchy ones
