I just figured out the problem. Is it happening anywhere else (text is off the screen)?

I personally have not noticed this anywhere else.
It's only the 000 after you click 'exact value search'.
The rest of the cheat search menus, etc, are perfectly aligned.
I was so busy enjoying the code search even though I couldn't see the numbers, that I didn't even think to bring that up until now.

Well sort of but no...
It is so you can launch a specific game directly from the dashboard, but I highly doubt anyone is looking to do this for every rom. jester.gif
Say, for example, if you really love Super Punch-Out, then command line launching allows you to set it up so you can launch straight to that game straight from the dash, like you could any other xbox game or app.

It would be so I didn't have to load up some other gui, just to launch the one game I really want to play.

I personally have an arcade machine with an Xbox in it, and there are a few SNES games that I'd like to add to the list of immediately accessible games. I have the dash set up perfect for easy access to many games, and the dash is nicely skinned for the machine. It is nice not to have to load up a totally seperate interface for selecting stuff.
[EDIT]

Here is an example of what I am talking about. In the background I have a video of an arcade playing, and on the arcade machine, I can select a game, while the marquee changes to the game's title, and the arcade machine's display shows a preview picture or video.

What do you have to do to launch an indiviual game with an emulator that supports command line launching?

I never thought about using SNES games in an arcade xbox, something I my self have been planning to build for about 200 years now. That does make sense.

You just add the item to the list in the dash's xml file with the appropriate tags.
Here is the Mike Tyson's Punch Out command line from my arcade machine using Unleash-X:

CODE
Mike Tyson's Punch Out!!

I also have the icon and preview tags in there, but they wouldn't be necessary just to launch the game.

I didn't know you could do that with UnleashX. I may look into adding this.

Well I personally would find that to be most excellent. beerchug.gif
You can also do command line launching with evox, and I think with avalaunch as well though I am not certain about that one.

What happens when you exit the game? Does it go to the emulator menu?

This is the first time I have ever really used cheat searching and I must admit is is cool.

For example, I found a wierd code on super punchout where if you turn it on when an oppenent is knocked down and then turn it off when they get up. The counter will start counting again until 10 and it will say knockout even though they are standing in front of you.

Makes for a ridiculous knockout

I never really took the time to fiddle with cheat searching when i used PC snes emus either.
It was just less thinking to open the browser and search for what i needed.

When it's all nice and integrated directly into your tv, it becomes even better than a real gameshark on a real snes.

As for High-res Mode 7 : I know this isn't a feature of a real snes, so if you want an "accurate" reproduction you shouldn't have it enable in any case.

I've tryed to look for the thread, with no sucess, but i'm pretty sure i read in the official zsnes forums that there was a technical issue to it being enabled with 2xsai, hq2x, or interpolation etc. Don't quote me on this tho.

6) If you have HD support and you get garbled graphics, open the ZsnexBox.ini and change HDMode to 1 for 720p or 2 for 1080i

I've done that, but I still have garbled graphics.  sad.gif

I forgot to patch this one. Did you try patching it or launching directly (not through XBMC)
