My 50 ft cross cable cost me 10 bucks with free 2-day shipping. Took me about a half hour to run through our house and was the best money I've ever spent. I too had to hook up my xbox in a different room every time I wanted something.

Hey nes, ever thought of using a dvdrw, it may sound like overkill with that much space for a 4mb file but it seems to burn pretty fast on my burner...

Hey Nes...

I don't post much but I am here everyday reading and just browsing around.  I just wanted to sound off and say a huge thank you for your hard work and dedication to this project.  I know that I, as others, love to run emus on the xbox and to be totally honest I play 10 times as many Snes games on my xbox as I do Xbox games.  I love this emu that you have created and just wanted to say thanks for the frequent and timely updates.  I can only hope that you keep up the good work for a long time to come.  And as I read in an earlier post the ability to search out my own codes would be the biggest blessing for me as it is the main reason I was not completely satisfied Xsnes9X.

But even so...keep'em coiming!!!

I couldn't have said it better myself!

It's a great project.

The attention to the most important details, like the ability to increase and decrease font sizes for HD, and things like this just keep coming. The code search thing is exactly what disappointed me about xsnes9x too, since it's the best feature of the PC emulators. The stuff like this, missing from other emus, are great when they hit zsnexbox. I can't say enough good things about this emu. Honestly I can't believe the few folks incessantly complaining about almost pointless things like samba share or tiny graphics glitches in 5 games out of 5000.

I hope nes keeps this thing coming strong for a long time, because each new build adds something fresh and new that comes out crisp and tasty.

My old 1.1 samsung has read everything ive thrown at it yet (except dvd+r)

Just get a firmware for your DVD recorder which supports bitsetting and DVD+R works fine with the Samsung drive.

YES I HAVE ALWAYS READ FORUMS RARELY ,BUT I LIKE THE WAY NES 6502 LISTENS TO IDEAS THEN INCORPORATES THEM,IF THEY ARE WITHIN HIS PLANS,SO THIS EMU HAS PEAKED MY INTEREST THE MOST SINCE SUPER NINTENDO ALWAYS HAD THE MOST AND BEST RPGS EVER ON ANY CONSOLE. SO YEA THIS IS MY FIRST POST.

NES: not sure if it's appropriate, but I would be more than happy to contribute $ towards the project via paypal or something.

love the emulator, I played SNES games until 2am last night !!

Nes6502,
Two questions only:

- Is that possible to add a option to turn OFF the analog left joystick?
(Just like you did for the right analog joystick regarding the in-game sound adjustment)

- I like the idea that Mister Capslock mentioned above --- A "Delete Rom" option
to exclude/delete/erradicate from HD the roms not working (in my case, the
roms I dislike, since there a lot of games pretty useless). I use this option
a lot on Mameox 128 Plus, since there are a lot of horrible arcade games out there!)

And, kudos for you!
Regards,

PS. I am still on 1.7 version. Will switch to 1.9 soon.

Santa Maria, Brazil.
