Loaded Fbaxxx Whileftp Was Open And Now The Fbaxxx Wont Load.

Ok I was FTP and just finnished went on the box and bam the fbaxxx freezes up during loading????  I can't even see the FBA skin???  I even put in my AID3 and reinstalled the FBA emu and still freezes up during loading.  I am still having a hell of a time with Neogeo games???  I got MaME neogeo roms with the Mame bios and it still says missing files????  why can't I runs these things...help please
