ZsnexBox 1.1

The wrong frequency (44100) was being used for sound output. The correct frequency for the SNES is 32000. This is corrected. The result is MUCH more accurate sound. To hear the difference try Starfox and shoot the buildings with the new version. It makes the correct metalic ping sound. Then compare this to the same sound generated with the 1.0 version.

New features added:

1) Save States
2) Fast Forward

Usage:
Xbox White Button: Fast Forward
Xbox Black Button: Toggle FPS Display
Left Analog Stick Click + Left Trigger: Save State
Left Analog Stick Click + Right Trigger: Load State

Copy the contents of the rar file over the 1.0 files.

My TOP priority now is a resizable/movable screen. I will try to get a 1.2 release out with this feature in the next couple days.

That was a very fast update.  I want to say thanks for the hard work on a job well done so far.  I look forward to multiple controller support.

I just had to drop in to say THANKS!   I've been hoping for an alternative snes emulator for xbox for quite some time.  Great work so far!  I really like the emu, and thanks for getting save states, and fast foward in so fast.

In transition from 1.0 to 1.1 my main menu broke. At first I could only see my bottom 3 roms and while I could move up to select the rest, it wouldn't scroll so I couldn't see what I was picking. I tried removing all my roms from the folder, starting back up and then putting them back in. Now I can't see any. It still makes the selection noise and i can still pick games but I can't see them on the list.

If there are less than 17 roms this will happen in either release

Wow. This is actually pretty amazing from what i hear. My tv's all have DRASTIC aspect ratio differences so even if it looked good on one, the second i switch tv's (which i regularly do) its gonna be screwed...so i wait for aspect ratio resize BUT i am very excited about this. Snes9x has been my favorite xbox emu since the beginning but has always bugged me with the audio. Thanks for the variety and, better yet, the CHOICE (something the snes xbox emu scene has been lackin since the beginning). Cant wait for the next update, nes!

Plus, itll be cool to be able to play thtrough star fox 2 again without having to use the inferior snes9x design. Yeah, the game sucks but im an involuntary completist.

edit: Just to calrify, when i said
"Plus, itll be cool to be able to play thtrough star fox 2 again without having to use the inferior snes9x design. ", The inferior snes9x design refers to me having to use ver. 1.32 (i think?) instead of the newest version of snes9x. No dis-respek. You're still my baby, snes9x. There's just a new baby on the block. Wonder how well Radical Dreamers runs....

Nice work again nes! It keeps getting better and better. Someone mentioned in the 1.0 thread that on some roms the music drops out and comes back again. I also noticed this while playing Star Ocean (DEJAP 1.0). It's not too big of a deal since this is the first emulator I've actually been able to even start that rom on. I can't wait for the 1.2 release. After screen resizing comes into play I plan on making the final switch from xsnes9x.

Great Job!  The save state feature is so good.  It let's me run out to the store and pick up right where I left off.

Very nice job indeed, but I must confirm also that some unofficial controllers don't work with this
emulator. Waiting for a 1.2 version, keep up the good work.
