X2vga And Emulators..vic Compatibility Probs

Hey there,

I cannot get any of my emulators to run when I'm using my X2VGA on a HD LCD.  Xsnes9x, NeoGenesis, KawaX, all start up but video is not shown.

I have not a normal TV so is there a way I can ftp in and change configs of these apps to work on HD resolutions? 720P?
